BDG Mortgage is in partnership with American Home Dreams and provides American Home Dreams clients with two special lending programs.
1. Grant Program
If you are eligible, AHD will assist you in applying for available grants which, if obtained, may provide up to 6 % of the property sales price toward the buyer’s actual closing costs, prepaid expenses or discount points. (i.e. If the home purchase price is $100,000, the maximum grant that may be provided toward actual closing costs, prepaid expenses and discount points is $6,000.00).
2. Mortgage Rate Buy down Program
If you are eligible, AHD will assist you in applying for available programs which, if obtained, may provide up to 1.5% reduction of your interest rate for thirty years (i.e. If your rate is 5.0%, American Home Dreams will buy down the rate by 1.5% to 3.5%).
