Do I qualify for my Dream Home?
ANSWER:
You must have a minimum credit score of 640 to qualify for our program and your home must be built by AMERICAN HOME DREAMS.
If your credit score is below 640, we offer an education program to help you repair your credit and qualify over a 36 month period. Please note that fees do apply. Once you have achieved a credit score of 640, you can apply to build a home, as long as you continue to stay in the program.
Where can I build my Dream Home?
ANSWER:
We will build your new home on your own lot anywhere within a 75-mile radius of Elkhart, Indiana. We currently have 100 lots available in Sun Ray Gardens in Elkhart and 25 lots available in Burns Harbor.
How much will my monthly payment be?
ANSWER:
Your mortgage payment will depend upon the financial program you choose and your down payment.
