community development homebuilder, who builds market-rate housing for low-to-moderate income families within a 75-mile radius of Elkhart, Indiana.
Typically, our homes range from 1,350 to 2,300 square feet, however, AMERICAN HOME DREAMS will build to suit your fancy. Our homes are constructed with high quality materials and with master craftsmanship and typically feature 3 or 4 bedrooms, family room, dining room, 2 1/2 baths, two-car garage and full basement.
Traditionally, AMERICAN HOME DREAMS has primarily targeted first-time homebuyers, elderly, veterans, and special needs individuals. We also service low-income home buyers. Our mission is to provide quality homes to underserved markets and to strengthen communities through the development of new housing stock that retains value and increases property values of existing neighborhoods through low interest rates mortgages or grants facilitated by AMERICAN HOME DREAMS Inc..
